House recently deceased Amy Winehouse's north London home will go under the hammer after it failed to sell, auctioneer McHugh & Co said. To be sold through the headquarters of Bafta in Piccadilly, the three-bedroom house will be auctioned on 3 December. Her semi-detached home in Camden Square was put up for sale in May by her family for 2.700 000 £, but will now be offered with a guide price of 1.800 000 £

Recall that the body of the 27-year-old musician was found at the house on 23 July 2011. Police coroner recorded a verdict of misadventure after the death of the singer, whose body had an alcohol content at more than five times the drink-drive limit. Singer's property was on the market a few people came forward to view it and at least two parties put in offers but the deals fell through as they did not have the means. The family decided on putting the house up for auction as it was a simple way to ensure that those who come to bid would have the required money.
