How does 15% off your next purchase at JCPenney sound to you? That’s the reward you will get for filling out the JCPenney Customer Service Satisfaction survey.
The survey is open to all customers, but you’ll need the special 22-character access code printed on the front of your JCPenney sales receipt to actually take the survey. If you don’t have an access code, you will need to visit your local JCPenney store and purchase something.
Once you have completed the survey, you will be given a discount coupon worth 15% off almost any purchase at JCPenney. Please note that only one coupon will be issued per household in a 30-day period.
The survey is available in both English and Spanish.
